Pole Dancing

Information about our Pole Dancing:

As the pole dancing fitness trend grows, more people are aware of the amazing benefits it has to offer. A full body workout that will strengthen and improve core stability and flexibility, whilst also giving you a sense of empowerment and self-confidence.

Our pole dancing program was designed by Jedda Jordan (Miss Pole Dance Australia 2014 and Miss Pole Dance NSW 2014). The program features 8 weekly 1 hour classes and includes a choreographed routine. Our friendly instructors will work with you to master all things pole so you are ready for the next level.

What to wear: Pole required skin contact.

Active shorts/ pole shorts and Gym crop and top.
(Anything that makes you comfortable!)

Aerial Hoop

Information about our Aerial Hoop:

Aerial fitness is becoming increasingly popular with more people trying new workout techniques. Aerial hoops are one of those!

Ever go to the circus and watch the acrobats do tricks, spins, and swings on the hoops? Well here’s your chance to join in on the fun.

In our hoop classes, you will enjoy improved flexibility, mobility and core-strength all while having fun!

What to wear: Active tights and Gym crop and top.
(Anything that makes you comfortable!)

Aerial Silks

Information about our Aerial Silks:

Aerial silks are fast-becoming the next fitness trend.

Offering multiple benefits such as developing a strong core, improving balance and reinforcing body alignment, our beginner silk classes will teach you to climb and wrap yourself up high.

No experience needed just a willingness to learn and have fun!

What to wear: Active tights and Gym crop and top.
(Anything that makes you comfortable!)

Aerial Yoga

Better Flexibility, Better Focus, Strengthening of Muscles and Stress-Relief

Fly with us as we take yoga off the ground.
Regenerate your mind, redefine your body and rejuvenate the systems within you.

What to wear: Active tights and Gym crop and top.
(Anything that makes you comfortable!)

Atelier Dance

Atelier Dance can last up to 3 – 4 Weeks per dance, this gives you the time you go over the dance and learn the song. Each dance is made different, embracing your inner sexy, lyrical dance and just have a boogie to a great song.
This is one of the best ways to get some cardio in your week to sweat it out while having fun!
Dance may include Heels, Socks or just bare feet.
What to wear: Active tights/ Pole shorts and Gym crop and top.

Simply Splits 

Have you ever really wanted your splits? We can help with this!

You don’t need any flexibility or splits experience. You will be shown each stretch and assisted along the way and the best thing is you will be sharing this experience with other students working towards the same goal SPLITS!!

 

Burlesque

Want to learn the art of tease? Learn the foundations of Burlesque and a cheeky routine to bring out your inner sass. Come bump and grind and shimmy your way through class as your inner alter ego free.
